It is very important not to make a mistake whilst entering the passenger(s) names, dates and times, since the tickets are issued automatically and any change could be subject to a cancellation and/or modification fee.

Important Low-Cost Airline information: We urge you to contact the airline directly for their baggage handling conditions. In some cases, the cost of baggage handling is not included in the final price and will have to be paid exclusively at the airport.

All modifications and cancellations shall be handled by our Customer Service team by calling +34 902 37 22 76 or via e-mail at admin@residentecanario.com, indicating the reservation number. We will inform you whether your request is possible and the costs to be endured. The fee for modifications, cancellations and Now-Show is 12€. In case of cancellation, the refund will be transferred to the same credit card with which the reservation was made in the first place.

Flights: The majority of air tariffs do not accept any modifications or cancellations and the passenger will not have the right to refunds. In case of return tickets, if the passenger does not use the first leg of the itinerary, the airline automatically cancels the returning/following leg of the trip.

Hotels: In case of cancellations under 72 hrs (3 working days) prior to the arrival date, the establishment may charge the first night as admin charges.

Packaged holidays: 5% penalty charge of the total cost if cancellation is between 10 and 15 days before the departure date, 15% between day 3 and 10 and 25% within 48 hrs before departure. In case of no-show at departure date, the passenger will have no right to any refund (100% penalty charge) unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Please be aware that the flights contracted for packaged holidays have special contracting conditions and do not allow cancellations unless than in exceptional cases which will be informed of before the reservation is concluded.
